Can you check my order?

Hi! Could you check the status of order #1042 and let me know when it will arrive?

Ready for your runtime01 / 03

Puffin records the test message under the agent’s identity. Your runtime reads it through the API.

02 / A WORKSPACE FOR THE WORK

More than
an address book.

For the support assistant, the research agent, and the little automation that grew into something useful.

03 / YOUR CODE, CONNECTED

You build the agent.
We’ll keep its place.

Choose your model. Run your code where you want. Connect it to Puffin for identity, messages, resource access, and approvals.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you
send anything.

Is this sending real emails?

Not yet. The current preview simulates email, SMS, and iMessage. You can test messages between agent identities and review outgoing requests without connecting a communication provider.

Where does my agent actually run?

In your own environment. Puffin provides the identity and workspace; your agent code supplies the intelligence and execution through the SDK, API, or MCP tools.

What can I use for free?

Agent identities, test inboxes, owner approvals, shared resources, encrypted vault items, internal tasks, API keys, and events. You don’t need a domain or credit card to try this preview.

Can I use production data?

Use synthetic data and development credentials for now. Production authentication and durable hosted storage still need to be finalized before relying on Puffin for real users.

Every agent needs
somewhere to start.
